Graduated from the UPR-C in 2010 after completing required practice in a minimum correctional facility in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. After that decided to venture into the workforce with Rocket Learning company also in PR. Started fresh from college as a telemarketing agent for tutoring services and the company seen my potential and after just a couple months gave me the oportunity to be the Office Manager of the central office in San Juan, PR. After that I have worked in many different areas, as a salesperson with local cellphone accesories company, entering with no experience (where managed to maintain the highest performance every month obtaining several bonuses including best sales for many consecutive months). Also worked from time to time in the serving industry with bilingual capabilities and also in the training, conferencing and public speaking with a local company in the education and betterment of teachers in the Puertorican Public Education System with auditing capabilities too. In 2016 started the new path in the automotive and manufacturing businesses in the U.S. starting as a temporary employee, earning in the very first year a Team Lead promotion in the production area. After occupying TL position worked with several different groups of TM in several different models, with continued education in latest seat technology. Given the opportunity, managed new lines team members set-up and solely responsible for the training of over 30 employees in 2 different models of the latest seats manufactured in the company.Right now after the global pandemic worked at Family Video for some time before the whole country close out of the company, and have to thank them for beign such a good company for the employees and management. Also worked briefly at restaurant industry again at a modern coffee shop as a Barista. Now finally found a better career leading position with the United States Postal Office and hopefully will use all my abilities to fulfill my role successfully and help all my team mates in our office at my own town Mt. Carmel.
