As a general manager for George's, I handled everything from staff training to payroll. George's, as a newer company at the time that I worked there, was consistently working on developing a new order guide and a new method for developing their incoming staff as well as their consistent sales fluctuations and I had a direct hand in helping them develop methods that they still have in use today.
