Responsible for supporting the clinical and technical aspects of our products in a multi-state territory. Customer base: Dentists, dental specialists, oral surgeons, institutions, government, and corporate dental offices. Provided support to referrals, CE education, lunch and learns, product presentations, and gained market share. Worked dental Trade shows. Product base: medical devices, dental restorations, capital medical equipment and software. Responsible for starting and growing/training entire sales team comprised of 5 members plus training the sales manager on dental. Built training program for all new reps.

Responsible for selling home security, phone, internet and television services to consumers in the St. Louis area. Also responsible for reporting sales activities, contract negotiation, pricing, weekly & monthly sales reports, maintain current knowledge of AT&T products and services, respond to customer queries, enhance customer retention, complete service orders, open and close the store, and handle activations and upgrades.
