SCRAM of California focuses on alcohol, drug, GPS, and home detention monitoring. As Program Manager, I oversee the fulfillment of customer accounts to achieve larger organizational goals. My daily tasks consist of coordinating and implementing the distribution of new products and services, drafting, and submitting participant compliance notices, proactively monitoring, managing, and conducting performance reviews with direct reports. I’m in charge of resolving office conflicts and am tasked with initiating the appropriate corrective action when needed. We work directly with supervising agencies in the criminal justice system as well as directly with the defendants. I analyze and audit district receivables, invoicing, accounting, collections, bad debt reports, end of day reports, refunds, inventory audits, and loss prevention. I oversee employee onboarding and offboarding and implement effective learning experiences for all new hires. In addition, I approve and manage employee payroll and scheduling and work on any other specialized projects as needed.
