- Teach, plan and assess reading, writing, speaking and listening EAP classes - Use a range of monitoring and evaluation techniques to diagnose students’ strengthens and weaknesses and ensure I provide courses that are of a high quality and effectively meets the needs of the students- Conduct weekly one-on-one tutorials with students to guide them with their learning and encourage learner autonomy- Set, mark and assess research essays and academic presentations- Conduct formative and summative assessments for students- Successfully incorporate technology-enabled learning into the classroom- Work effectively in a team, attending regular meetings and sharing classes with fellow teachers

- Teach, plan and assess a variety of classes (CAE, FCE, IELTs, General English classes A1-C2) 25hrs+ per week on average- Previous experience of covering EAP classes- Act as an ‘exam mentor’ for other exam teachers, providing guidance and assistance on how to plan and teach an exam course- Assist with development of SPIN syllabi - Contribute to the CPD programme, identifying teacher needs and developing/running workshops- Monitor student progress, giving feedback through tutorials and assessment of work- Act as a mentor for teachers, providing support and guidance - Conduct observations as and when required - Assist with recruitment and induction of teachers

An actor/workshop facilitator and toured Italy teaching English to Italian school children (5 – 14yrs). As a company of four we performed hour long shows in English with small 20 minute ‘taster’ workshops. - Solo taught in monolingual classes of up to 30 kids. These lessons ranged from one day to two weeks in various locations in Italy. Created my own resources for these lessons. - Managed group finance, navigation, communication with schools, accommodation and being an effective voice for the group when addressing problems or issues to the company.
