• Designed and documented the workflow and requirements for a custom Medicare claims processing application required to reduce the number of third party vendors utilized by OutSource Inc. and lead a testing team of 6 to validate system development.• Conducted a rapid reengineering assessment of the Milwaukee County, Employee Retirement System to detect non-value added activities and to identify measures required to bolster the department’s efforts to streamline processes.• Conducted interviews with Johnson Controls management teams to elicit business and technical requirements required to develop an in-house building Measurement and Verification solution.• Coordinated with an offshore team of three to conduct weekly functional, and regression testing.• Utilized HL7 ADT Registration parsing scripts and Emergency Department interfaces to support the development of an Emergency Department Linking system between South Eastern Wisconsin hospitals for the Wisconsin Health Information Exchange. • Conducted user acceptance testing with area doctors and nurses to educate and train them on how to accurately utilize the Wisconsin Health Information Exchange data fact sheet.

• Consolidated 15 data sources to integrate a $400K Clinical Service reporting solution in to the data warehouse.• Implemented a $220K Customer Satisfaction Opportunity program by consolidating two distinct data sources required to compare year-over-year progress in resolving customer complaints.• Lead a 15-person offshore team to elicit, design, and deliver several Sales Workbench releases to streamline Lead Opportunity Management, Sales Compensation, and Territory Management initiatives enabling access for European teams.• Managed a two-person team to design, deliver, and test interfaces required to pay global sales reps after the retirement of multiple legacy systems.• Identified a potential $2M miss by creating and implementing monthly audits to close major data integrity issues that generated inaccurate payroll payments. • Saved development teams >1600 hours by organizing a global team, to standardize processes required to focus on quick production issue resolution and enhancements.
