I have over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, where I have developed core competencies in strategic planning, communication, relationship development, and fundraising. My mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of others, especially those affected by stroke.As the National Manager of Gifts in Wills at Stroke Foundation, I lead the efforts to encourage and engage supporters to leave a lasting legacy for a better tomorrow. I leverage my skills in telemarketing, direct mail, and digital marketing to reach out to potential and existing donors, and inspire them to join the program. I also coach and assist the charity ambassadors to adhere to the proven Public Outreach process, which I learned from my previous role as a Call Center Supervisor. I am always eager to learn new ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our campaigns, and embrace a lifetime learner approach.
