This company is a fast paced high volume corrugated company which shipped approx. 4 million square foot of product daily. Worked closely with production, die room, design dept., quality dept. and accounting to help fulfill customer needs.

As a Customer Service Rep., I processed orders, expedited and trouble shot customers inquiries.I also was a purchaser and handled customer quality issues. In times I also was needed to communicate with customers past due accounts to resolve payments. This company is a sheet plant and during my time, we processed about 2 million square foot of corrugated through the plant.
