As a passionate advocate for criminal justice reform, I am currently seeking opportunities to contribute to impactful policy development and implementation. With experience in both government and non-profit sectors, I have worked on initiatives aimed at improving communities, including a volunteer opportunity at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers where I contribute to the review of prisoner letters and determining whether this organization has the tools to assist them. My expertise in public policy, stakeholder analysis, and program evaluation, particularly in criminal justice policy, is complemented by a Bachelor's in Politics where I wrote my thesis arguing for the abolition of juvenile detention centers and the implementation of rehabilitation centers. Driven by a commitment to create a positive change and ensure all voices are heard, I aspire to shape policy solutions addressing systemic inequalities, ultimately seeking a role within a leading think tank or non-profit agency.
