I have a range of senior level leadership experience in across public service. My experiences are at the heart of leading public sector transformation and doing things differently. I have a unique set of skills and I am great at winning hearts and minds. I lead opportunities to transform outcomes for residents and communities. I bring an unusual blend of strategic executive level vision, and attention to detail in operational delivery. I can look beyond the obvious and see the possibilities, opportunities and risks that others do not. I’m interested in to playing a critical role in putting local people at the centre of shaping future services. My work has ranged from community level neighbourhood work to high level advocacy, policy and political influencing. I am experienced at operating at board level in complex highly politicised organisations and have worked across and between organisations and developing innovative approaches to complex problems. I have extensive people management experience and have managed multi disciplinary teams. I have exceptional communication skills and am equally comfortable working with local people in their neighbourhoods or scrutinising policy makers in a contested environment. I have particular interest and experience in equalities, poverty and social inclusion.
