This involved overseeing in excess of 45,000 consumer interviews across over 40 retail assets annually, providing a detailed understanding of the customer helping to optimise asset performance.

Forecast sales for convenience stores and supermarkets to determine whether the company will invest or decline an opportunity to expand its estate in a new location. Analyse demographic and spend data by location together with competitor impacts and shopping patterns. Travel regularly to sites in the South-East to independently consider suitability, deciding on relevant assessment methods and adapting these to individual locations as required. Present recommendations as to financial viability of each site to senior management. Prepare board reports for approval by the Site Approval and Investment Boards.

Hosting daily meetings to brief all heads of departments of the day's events and discussing any issues that may have arisen.
