• In charge of Purchase, Quality，R&D and Compliance departments to fulfill annual targets• Handle $100M / year OEM flooring business, including SPC, WPC, LVT, HSPC, Wood flooring, Bamboo flooring, Laminated flooring• New supply chain development • Manage category and commodity strategies including cost analysis and category benchmarks• Set up and improve the working processes to enhance the efficiency of teams’ cooperation • Supplier chain management including overall cost analysis, marketing trends, PO on time rate• Product development management to make sure key projects launch on time• Vendor continuous quality improvement. Claim settlement• Establish the process of compliance. Make sure vendors compliance with the regulation in the target market• Manager the daily Shanghai office operation

• Handle $100M / year OEM flooring business, including Rigid core, WPC, LVT, HET, Inlaid• Global management of current sourced suppliers crossing China, Korea, Vietnam, USA to ensure the products quality, cost and on-time delivery• Leading edge of the industry and keep launching new innovated products for the business. Key achievements including launched WPC 2nd in the industry and 1st for SPC. On top of that, also launched MGO，acoustic flooring，anti-scratch flooring, IMO, non pvc flooring, low smoke density flooring, etc. • Integrating, understanding and anticipating the wants and needs of our internal customers and set up sourcing strategic accordingly• Lead new vendor selection and new vendor development• Negotiating contracts / terms with the sourced suppliers, contract sign off.• Working closely with products team, NPD, quality, logistic, designer to make sure the projects will be on schedule.• Stay close to the supply market, good connection with manufactories & key raw material vendors.• Cost management. 2% cost saving per year averagely.• Claim settlement
