I collaborate with Bruce Mau's Massive Change Network design team to conduct research and develop strategies for projects in the areas of branding, communication, culture transformation, and experience development. I also contribute to new business activities, virtual event planning, and communications. Prior responsibilities included creating content for and managing the studio's social media accounts, email marketing campaigns and website content.

Massive Change Network (MCN) is a design consultancy co-founded by visionary designer Bruce Mau to help enterprises apply design thinking methodologies to finding innovative, transformative solutions to challenges of any kind, at any scale. I collaborated with the MCN design team to explore and articulate client opportunities through various research methods, and to develop and manage creative problem-solving approaches from conception to implementation. I led MCN's marketing communications, developing and managing digital content across multiple channels and writing content for MCN's website and capabilities materials. Developed fresh, engaging communications for small businesses. I always started with a deep dive into my clients' world to understand what they – and their customers – care about. I guided my clients through the process of developing websites and marketing materials, wrote marketing content, designed educational workshops and created presentations to support my clients' business objectives.

Led competitive research for IEG, the consulting and publishing firm that helped to define the sponsorship industry. I helped event owners, corporate sponsors and associations define their competitive intelligence needs, developed proposals, conducted research and oversaw one research assistant. Employing multiple research methods, I crafted insights on global sponsorship trends and identified opportunities across all categories for the intelligence reports.

Associate producer and writer. Edited and produced speaker presentation support and videos, managed travel and scheduling for crew, and created production and show schedules. As a writer, I contributed to proposals and scripts for inspirational videos, and I wrote copy for event materials.
