As the first point of call for all customers and agents, this role varied from day to day.I accurately load the UK orders and keep records of all orders, liaising with customers directly about the delivery status of their orders. I respond to price queries, stock availability by consulting the Head Office in Germany, I organise returns from customers back to HO - sometimes for investigation - and provide EAN codes and imagery of products for their businesses to sell and advertise the products effectively. Delivery tracking for all customers is imperative and I have ownership of a key accounts database, updating PO numbers and delivery details from customers, providing delivery status to all key accounts and updating with any new accounts. I am responsible for the monthly email-outs for UK customers and I have created several via MailChimp about the FALKE B2B portal and seasonal products, which have been successful in both activity on the portal and boosting sales of specific products. I report my success of these to the commercial director.Within this role, I exercise the basic office administration skills (filing and replenishing stationery, ordering of groceries for the office and dealing with post). I offer support as and when requested to the office manager for the input of invoices, banking and money handling, researching into training venues for sales consultants and temping agencies when a new product is due to be launched, and the input of agents’ expenses and travel arrangements. I support the key account manager with any production or warehouse queries, and any additional information that is required. I support the ESS sales manager by keeping in touch with any under-active ESS customers in order to increase any additional sales and exercise excellent customer service. I also trained and worked flexibly at weekends on FALKE's monogramming machine within London department stores in order to increase sales.

Following the Water Babies syllabus, I teach babies and toddlers water safety techniques and how to control their natural gag reflex.Babies are born with a natural gag reflex, which means that they naturally cannot inhale water. They lose this during their first year and so, through commands and repitition, Water Babies teaches babies how to control their breath hold. With drowning being one of the highest causes of death for children due to the child becoming paralysed through the fear of falling into water, Water Babies teaches babies and toddlers firstly not to panic, secondly, how to turn around and hold onto the side and thirdly, how to climb out by themselves, which is a vital safety skill.Trained as a Water Babies mentor in June 2015 and now mentoring and assessing new Water Babies instructors upon completing their instructor course.

A position where I research and publish posts on the company's social media accounts to market Water Babies lessons and products, and increasing the interaction upon the pages from fans, creating "buzz" around the company. I respond to messages to potential clients, and communicate with other similar baby activity or product businesses with regards to advertising on their pages and vice versa, research topics that interest Water Babies clientele, and run seasonal competitions across the Facebook Page in particular.

Working within a small office team and managing two other administrators, I provide high level administration, strategic planning and operational support for the Water Babies Office. This includes research and advice to the franchisees on staff management, facility management and helped to develop and manage these areas of the business. As both franchisees were on maternity leave within a short space of time, I write weekly reports to ensure that they knew of the utilisation of swimming lessons, which in turn kept them informed of the company’s finances and was the key representative for the company at marketable events. As the first point of contact, my role is hugely customer-facing and I am in constant contact with the end consumer, from the waiting list and booking onto swimming lessons to when they leave. I write termly e-newsletters to the customers about re-booking, and focused on a particular product, which in turn increased sales. During this role, I exercised good time management and trust by the franchisees, as I usually worked alone in the office and ensured all tasks are fulfilled by a specific deadline. During my time in the Water Babies Office, the number of customers increased significantly.
