Customer Services Manager (Essex Branch)
Working within a small office team and managing two other administrators, I provide high level administration, strategic planning and operational support for the Water Babies Office. This includes research and advice to the franchisees on staff management, facility management and helped to develop and manage these areas of the business. As both franchisees were on maternity leave within a short space of time, I write weekly reports to ensure that they knew of the utilisation of swimming lessons, which in turn kept them informed of the companyβs finances and was the key representative for the company at marketable events. As the first point of contact, my role is hugely customer-facing and I am in constant contact with the end consumer, from the waiting list and booking onto swimming lessons to when they leave. I write termly e-newsletters to the customers about re-booking, and focused on a particular product, which in turn increased sales. During this role, I exercised good time management and trust by the franchisees, as I usually worked alone in the office and ensured all tasks are fulfilled by a specific deadline. During my time in the Water Babies Office, the number of customers increased significantly.
