With just under 15 years experience within the Recruitment industry, I have gained an invaluable knowledge of working within an HR environment, across a multitude of sectors and mainly within the Oil & Gas Industry. Primarily covered all Trades and Manufacturing but have recruited across the spectrum on and offshore; permanent, contract and ad-hoc roles. At Sparrows and Hydrasun I rewrote the Recruitment Policies and Procedures and implemented a structured plan for recruitment, an Employee Referral Scheme as well as the introduction of a Preferred Supplier List; negotiating preferred rates, terms and conditions. I have experience with in house Recruitment tools (as stated above), I have also used Excel spreadsheets to log, track and conduct all recruitment activity. I have a very straight forward approach to recruitment and I enjoy the buzz of the roles I undertake.
