Responsible as a project manager for a gear box and rear axle assembly line in powertrain assembly plant. The main tasks i am developing are the following:- Project responsible of a new test bench for gear box trials in a multidisciplinary team with Nissan Japan and Japanese suppliers.- Creating new layout for AGV's system (CarryBee) and program keyence scanners- Dealing with suppliers to ensure technical solutions, timing and costs.- Responsible of creating the specifications document for the new machinery- Reduction of cycle time in the current assembly line (collaborative robots UR, automatic feeding systems and automatization with robots as KUKA, FANUC and ABB)- Monthly report to engineering director of the CAPEX status- Adapting current assembly line to the new gear box project- Responsible of coordination with suppliers the new machinery and the modifications of the current ones- Daily contact with quality and production to ensure the quality of the product, writing technical documents for the new poka-yoke systems.- Responsible of the line management for the conveyor belt line- Involved in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team to reduce powertrain plant costs

- Managing and executing automotive projects involved from the prototype to the production phase.- Weekly report to the finance manager for CAPEX overview- Managing as a program manager the engineering development of new products. Leading a multidisciplinary team in order to ensure quality, timing and costs of the project.- Responsible of the coordination of launch activities, design, build, commissioning and timing of new product lines and modifications.- Responsible for successful sampling preparation and launch of equipment, developing and following timing and action plans.- Responsible of creating the manufacturing system design (MSD) and project cost estimation.- Supporting engineering change requests.- Responsible of planning and managing the project budget.- Responsible of creating the Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA).- Responsible for manufacturing flow/methods of new product implementation.- Supporting production issues in the shop floor.- Responsible of two new lines implementation including an Injection moulding machine, welding and assembly process.- Direct contact with suppliers in order to ensure: time, costs and technical solution.- Creator of production layouts to complete the manufacturing process.- Supporting purchase department during supplier nomination process for process equipment.- Supporting continuous improvement of existing product lines.- Process optimization of existing production lines- Supporting quality, production, logistics, maintenance and product engineers in order to optimaze and ensure the targets of the new or old projects in the production plant- Responsible as a project engineering change cordination of injection molding, welding and assembly of SCR tanks.- Launch manager of new products in order to achieve a successful launch- Responsible of training operators in the new assembly lines process- Implementation of new models, references and managing engineering design changes in SAP platform-
