I have responsibility over 12 district managers and 160 dealers.Mission: design, develop and apply after sales business strategy, following and ensuring the correct appliance of defined policies in the dealer network, leading a team of District Managers.

Managing the implementation of the Honda after sales operational standards in Europe for both Car and Motorcycle business units. I was responsible of the District Managers training to achieve the implementation of these standards across the Honda dealer network. This role was a two year expat position in Honda European HQ under a leadership development programme.
