PROJECT: Release Manager for the customer Banc de Sabadell (banking sector). RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the IT organization of Banc de Sabadell to better plan and execute their software releases, to become more predictable and reliable in terms of software delivery.

PROJECT: Deployment of a solution based on Saleforce the consortium Stellantis (automotive industry) to be used in all sales points of this customer in Italy and in Polland.ACHIEVEMENTS: Successfull deployment in this two countries, achieving a very challenging calendar.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1)Design of processes to improve efficiency and meet business goals. 2) End to end responsibility of the management of the suppliers of Atos Major Events. ACHIEVEMENTS: I defined and implemented a framework of processes for: selecting the most appropriate IT suppliers for Atos Major Sport Events, their contracting, close monitoring of service delivery, and controlling budget expense. This has served to renew some of the IT suppliers, to improve quality of the services and to save budget in Beijing’2022 and Paris’2024 Olympic and Paralympic projects.

PROJECTS: Olympic and Paralympic Games and other sport events.RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the provision to the customer of software applications for: IT Service Management (Service-now), Systems Monitoring (LogicMonitor), Software Distribution (MS SCCM), Operations (several in-house applications) and Testing (Microfocus ALM suite), for simultaneous sport events. The position implied end to end responsibility of every aspect of the lifecycle of the mentioned services: conception of the service, collection of requirements, management of a team of seven engineers for its development and test, training of users, and service operation (management of service continuity, coordination of support teams for incident resolution, SLA reporting, etcetera). In here the team I was leading was doing also software development. We were using Scrum, and I was playing the role of Product Owner.ACHIEVEMENTS: Successfully delivery of all the mentioned services in all projects I participated.

PROJECT: CMMI Level 3 certificationRESPONSIBILITIES: Definition, divulgation and implementation of software engineering processes of the Major Events Division. ACHIVEMENTS: We got the CMMI Level 3 certification in less than one year.

PROJECT: Beijing 2008 Olmypic Games. Software development of the Info Diffusion System for the Beijing Olympic 2008 Games.RESPONSIBILITIES: I participated as functional analyst and team leader for some applications of this suite. Functional definition of the system, change management, coordination of few developers, interface with the system integrators in Beijing.

ATOS Research and InnovationPROJECTS: (simultaneously) 1) C@R, a project for development of rural areas 2) AGENT-DYSL an intelligent reading assistant for dyslexic kids.RESPONSIBILITIES: management of the development teams, planning, projects follow up (internal and with the customer), risk management, staffing, control of the budget. Java development in the AGENT-DYSL project.

ATOS Industry and Public SectorPROJECTS: (simultaneously) 1) Election Management System, for Generalitat de Catalunya (local government). 2) Activity Management System, for Barcelona Activa (public institution that promotes the creation of IT startups). RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of the development teams, planning, projects follow up (internal and with the customer), risk management, staffing, control of the budget

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Central Repository System application.RESPONSIBILITIES: Analysis of requirements, review and approval of functional and interface documents, definition and execution of testing plans, system installation and configuration, tuning, technical test, definition of operational procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Interface with customers, project planning, project follow-up, reporting, interaction with software suppliers and management of an integration team of 9 members.
