  • Ensure continued operation of CMS IT systems (via outsourced IT provider)• Ensure continued operations of any external IT systems (via outsourced providers)• Ensure continued operations of CMS phone/comms systems• Liaise with IT/software suppliers on issues such as requirements, changes required, performance• Calibrate & issue staff phones • Train staff on IT/software/comms systems• Monitor staff performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports• Attend meetings as and when required• Provide reports/data analysis as and when required• Look at ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency• Monitor changes in the IT/ software system markets and advise CMS Director accordingly• Measure performance of staff on internal and external IT systems and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements• Use relevant tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to best use software / IT systems
