Hr Specialist
Current- Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of the assigned roles - Assess and anticipate local HR related needs, working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and commitment, building morale, developing high performing teams and employee engagement - Support Managers in the local review cycle, providing advice in the implementation of performance appraisal procedure, as well as salary review recommendations - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees- Coordinate the local wellbeing initiatives to promote a wealthy workplace environment - Implement human resources policies, procedures and standards as per Corporate HR strategy and guidelines - Assist Managers in the definition of development plans and career paths for their teams
