• Contributed to the development and implementation of the strategy of this large utility and grid management company with over 15.2$ Billion in revenue and over 24,000 staff (2016); particularly within the federally regulated jurisdiction, which encompasses generation and transmission of electricity, transmission of natural gas and LNG storage as well as new forms of energy storage and transmission• Supported the COO in his core competencies including by improving performance and driving process excellence across all areas of the division through detailed operational and financial planning, the establishment, monitoring and updating of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), stakeholder engagement and building resilience into service delivery• Monitored regulatory developments in the industry, assessed risks and opportunities, and adjusted internal goals, processes and compliance mechanisms accordingly • Reported to top leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis on both compliance with KPIs and overall Federal Regulated Businesses division performance

• Identified areas in need of business improvement of this £2.5 Billion revenue and 21,000 employee firm (2015), through detailed process mapping and other lean six sigma techniques, and engaged with internal operational and business stakeholders • Designed efficiency strategies, IT solutions and performance management metrics with the goal of raising quality, decreasing delivery times, reducing costs, and increasing accountability within the Government division, which includes contracts outsourced by local authorities on highways, street lighting and vegetation maintenance as well as waste management • Implemented projects across all operational levels, including step-by-step supervision of their execution, contributing to important savings• Managed resources and teams in multi-disciplined environments and projects

• Mapped the landscape of the UK´s infrastructure services market, its key players, market trends and business opportunities • Contributed to the drafting of the growth strategy, which based on open opportunities and competitor analysis, informed future business development efforts and bidding decisions• Led internal reporting efforts including through the monthly drafting of the “Managing Directors’ Report” that synthesized all major developments at the Government Division, the largest business unit in the company

• Contributed to business development efforts within the Country Specialist team through the identification of client needs, setting priorities and resource allocation • Executed strategies by engaging with individuals with extensive knowledge of local realities around the world in order to maintain and enhance Aperian’s specialist database • Enhanced program value by implementing IT-driven business efficiency tools and specialist performance metrics
