I'm Francesca Barca and I graduated in Digital Communication Design at IAAD in Turin.During these three years I have learned to conceive creative ideas in teams and to design them according to different working points of view: from the marketer to the account, from the social media manager to the copywriter.These studies have allowed me to have a great perception of a project and have generally helped me often to see the all picture and not only accomplished the single assigned task, allowing me to complete it in the best way.I was able to put my knowledge into practice in multiple work experience in different agency like Saatchi & Saatchi, Arkage and Luxottica.I consider myself a sociable, curious and multitasking person, but above all I'm empathetic.Thanks to my propensity to identify and understand the users frictions, I have very often been helped to feel their needs and consequently to think of a solution.
