I provide administrative and project support to the Council’s Rough Sleeping and Single Homelessness Team with key responsibilities as follows:•Contract management and monitoring with partner agencies and the voluntary sector in relation to homelessness services.•Work effectively with a wide range of partner agencies, fostering excellent working relationships.•Assist with the preparation of contractual documents and specification of service requirements, outcomes, targets and performance monitoring arrangements.•Lead on specific areas of policy development and other projects as directed by the Rough Sleeping and Single Homelessness Manager e.g. Severe Weather Protocol.•Provide support to the Rough sleeping team through statistical analysis, development and research relating to specific projects.•Financial administration- setting of annual budget, monitoring of spend of multiple grants.•Facilitate and chair meetings in relation to Rough Sleeping and Single Homelessness. This includes preparation and circulation of papers and agendas, taking of minutes.•Responsible for organising and leading the Council’s involvement in regular rough sleeperstreet counts in the city and reporting of results to the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).•Provision of statistical input as required for strategic reviews carried out and that have relevance to rough sleeping and single homelessness.•Respond to FOI request requests and complete monthly DELTA returns for the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.•Help support the development and use of the council’s rough sleeper database. Analysis ofdata gathered via this system to produce reports showing key developments and trends.•First point of contact for all queries, comments and complaints concerning rough sleeping and homelessness. Produce appropriate and timely responses to such queries and complaints, and ensure that appropriate action is taken by relevant agencies.

As Special Collections Administrator, I was responsible for providing a high level of administration to a large and complex department in one of the world's leading universities.My financial responsibilities include assisting with setting and monitoring the annual budget, raising purchase orders and acting as the main procurer for the department,as well as processing a variety of financial forms. Other responsibilities include acting as a Personal Assistant for the Keeper of Special Collections, taking minutes in various meetings and organising visits and events at the Weston Library.
