As an Administrative Assistant at ExaDev, I support our operations and administration team with various ad-hoc duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. My responsibilities include:-Performing general administrative duties-Managing the procurement of equipment and maintaining office supplies-Assisting in the overhaul and introduction of organisational procedures-Taking minutes during meetings-Coordinating with teams for the successful implementation of new procedures

I am actively working towards my Mountain Leader assessment and am eager to gain more experience in the field. I have previous experience working as an MLT at the Ultra Trail Snowdon Marathon where I was based at Finger Stone. There I encountered some casualties that were in need of first aid. I’ve also worked as an MLT on Three Peaks Challenge for Active Mountaineering where I had to assist leading a group of 30 people up on Yr Wyddfa Summit.I worked on a National Citizen Service programme with ENTRUST for a few months where I have done different activities with young people such as climbing, weaselling, axe throwing, team building games, ice brakers, bush-crafting and shelter building.

Supervise climbing and bouldering areas, organise and deliver training and coaching for schools, local organisations, and any clients that book a course through the Climbing Centre.
