In addition to coordinating company activities, I led the recruitment of all the personnel in the Retail sector to different positions through specific research channels such as social media, Monster and InfoJobs and using the company database.I also personally followed the face to face selection interviews, telephone interviews, creation and publication of announcements and then concluded the training of the personnel selected in the store.
