About Francesca Bertasi

It all started with a great passion: hospitality.Luxury hospitality, attention to detail, personalised service.After studying Hospitality Management and working for 6 years in the hotel industry, I became passionate about technological solutions for managing guest relations and communication strategies.Today I work for Re:Guest, the hotel sales software, or as we like to call it, the digital room seller for the hotels of the future. Re:Guest was born in 2014 and is now used by over 900 hotels in Italy, Austria, Germany and Switzerland.For Re:Guest I deal with marketing automation, lead generation, communication and CRM management. We know the difficulties hoteliers face and every day we strive to offer hoteliers a real digital employee that allows them to lighten the workload at the reception desk and increase turnover year on year, but never replaces the human in building real, quality relationships.I am a great supporter of technologies that still bring respect to humans by enhancing their strengths. And so it is Re:Guest: it supports the receptionist by giving him more time to do what a machine will never do equally well: build human relationships. Which are still the basis of any success.
