I am an efficient go getter with 18+ years of experience in efficiency, productivity, disaster relief and fundraising.I have a background in efficiency, communication, productivity and fundraising. I have completed my FEMA ICS training. These public had to go through rigorous training and qualifications. Within the first 6 months I increased productivity by 200% and continued to raise productivity at 90% annual growth. This was done by improving existing personnel’s efficiency and remedying organizational barriers, resulting in exponential increase of delivery and income to the organization in further services for our parishioners.

Production & Standards SupervisorFso Jan 1997 - Sep 1999Clearwater, FlordiaI was in charge of 3 divisions (over 350 staff) in the company (FSO) ethical standards and maintenance of basic actions ensuring production was occurring. If an area was not producing in the required volume or quality, I would investigate where the organizational lines were getting slowed or stopped and remove and handle the barrier so that production could occur.A specific example of this was in 1999 an area crashed the amount of service they delivered for 2 weeks in a row. I was called to help straighten the area out and get it into production. I vigorously held meetings with the staff involved, ensured and got production moving, ensured they knew what they needed to do to handle the scene as a team and located an individual in the group that was actively trying to stop production and sabotage the activity. I removed him from his position making it much easier for the other staff to operate, resulting in not only their service delivery reverting but reaching new highest ever statistics.
