A living, breathing testimony to young women and an award-winning British-born international speaker, Princes Trust ambassador, activist, and the CEO and founder of the Goals4Girls development programme. Through her work, Francesca is a globally recognised executive on sport for development and female leadership, she has provided insight into her business and lifestyle to organisations such as Women in Sport, adidas Global, Ascential Media & Sports England. HRH Prince Charles has admitted Francesca, and she received the Pride of Britain awards, the Football Blacklist awards and an esteemed Baton award. She is the Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust and is an UEFA C qualified coach who has worked with young women from BAME, African and ethnic minority communities across London. The journey started when an injury at age 16 stopped her professional footballing career, casting her ambitions to youth work. Firm in believing that the football pitch is a sanctuary and tool for change, Francesca set up Goals4Girls with the purpose of creating lasting change for young women and girls in sports and society.A member of the adidas Football Collective, Goals4Girls has successfully improved the well-being of many of young women and girls aged 11-16 within the UK's most marginalised communities through carefully designed programmes by the girls and for girls. The programme is driven by the desire to break down barriers through football and mentorship in education. With a mission to level the playing field for girls and young women, she also works to increase racial diversity and improve working conditions for mothers and mothers-to-be. The programme currently runs in London, working closely with organisations like London Youth, Sports England, Coutts, Prince’s Trust, adidas, Arsenal, Sky Sports & Coerver Coaching.
