CurrentManages procurements for government clients’ electricity and natural gas supply. This involves developing procurement strategies, setting timelines and key dates for auctions and deliverables, reviewing all work products and deliverables, and coordinating activities with the Operations team.Drafts energy supply solicitations on behalf of larger government clients and mediates supply contract negotiations between energy suppliers and clients. This includes leading bidders’ conferences to capture and address concerns bidders may have. Leads proposal efforts for state and local government requests for proposals (RFPs). These efforts include selecting and shaping content of the proposal, drafting new content when necessary, creating compliance matrices, conducting opportunity assessments, and producing proposals. Responsible for conducting the initial legal review of terms and conditions contained in the RFP and coordinating final review with management.Monitors performance of and compliance with awarded supply contract throughout the contract term.
