Design and innovation both in the architectural "macro-scale" and in the "micro-scale" of the products have always been my passion. Being responsible for the design-industrial process of the product has enriched me professionally from the organizational and managerial point of view, stimulating and testing my skills in a continuous self-improvement process, which mirrors the challenges and the growth of the De’ Longhi Group. Building design coupled with interior design have lent a richer dimension to the industrial products I have created, allowing for their optimal blend with the end-user context they will be placed in. As an industrial designer acting as Design Strategy and Trends Consultant for a large company like De' Longhi Appliances s.r.l. I have used the interaction and teamwork with different professional figures to create multiple patents and thus, gain visibility through international awards.

CMF & Trend Specialist , Senior Industrial DesignerDuring my professional growth within the De’ Longhi company, I have gained experience in the project creation and management from the conception phase to its implementation, through constructive collaboration with different professional figures both internally within the Industrial Design Department and externally in synergetic team projects involving members of the Technical Office, Marketing, Sales and Quality Control Departments. As a result of these team projects I had the opportunity to create, where necessary, methodological procedures to strengthen the effectiveness of the De’ Longhi structure and processes.Moreover, I approached each team work project with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction at heart, motivating both myself and the rest of the team, while tackling each new project as a challenge and opportunity for self-improvement and team efficiency growth. In order to streamline the workflow and project load, I have endeavored to bring forth both latent and manifest excellency skills of all team members while focusing on the technical demands of the projects and or objects designed.Focusing on the end user and the analysis of its consumption behavior has always been at the core of all my projects, stemming from my attention to the macro-architectural project (analysis and development of the environment where the end user or person lives) which supports the design project in all its stages, allowing for a more complete and richer project environment.

Responsible for the creation of the first De’ Longhi Design Award entitled SIMBIOSI which was conceived as company image and communication project to encourage the design culture within the Italian territory. Created as a Call for 10 Italian universities, the project ended with a final exhibition at the Mudec Museum of the selected projects and of the winning projects in Milan during the month of October 2018.

Created as a Call for 10 Italian universities, the project ended with a final exhibition at the Mudec Museum of the selected projects and of the winning projects in Milan during the month of October 2018. 2012 - 2014-MOTORASTA – Vintage Classic Car Auction for British and Dutch Classic cars –Event Organizer –Padua, Italy2006-2008 GROLLA D’ORO Evolution International Painting and Sculpture Award- Event organizer and image-building duties at La Casa dei Carraresi Museum in Treviso 2008-2009 Partnership with the 3viso3 Association, composed of architects, urban planners, engineers, psychologists, during which we created a project and procedural method aimed at redeveloping the historical city centers subject to depopulation through a method of urban planning with public input. After the testing of the concepts (which required 1 year of work) the products were presented to the public authorities and the citizens in an event organized by the Treviso Chamber of Commerce in 2009 both a conference and an exhibition with more than 500 citizens present in the audience, then implemented through an Urban center, a citizen counseling point, a project designed and completed in two strategic locations within the city for citizen interviews and data processing (1,5 years). 2003 “Plastica soggetto del desiderio” Exhibition, Convento Delle Terese, Venice.
