CurrentTaking Personal Training that step further, throughout my career, Client’s adherence and consistency has been impacted on life struggles, with recurring themes of: stress, self esteem, self-care, relationships, boundaries, and much more.For this reason I enrolled on a Psychotherapy, psychotherapeutic counselling course, to help clients understand themselves, raise self awareness, and be able to make the changes they need to make, to live a life they love. I’m a holistic transformation coach, transforming bodies, minds, and lives of my clients and those around them. I help my clients build a better life by utilising my academics in Personal Training, Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, Pre & Post natal exercise and nutrition and Psychotherapy. I help clients understand their bodies requirements and aid them in achieving their goals healthily with long term results without restricting their work-life balance, or restricting food groups, or social time. My clients enjoy their weekends off plan, and enjoy meal plans with foods like carbonaras, chocolate and burgers. I train face to face in a gym, online via zoom and my app and educate my clients with the physiology science throughout for deeper understanding and habit change. I have also completed further education in pre-and postnatal exercise and nutrition, in order to support my clients at all stages through their life.I have also completed safeguarding training to ensure I can protect my clients and support them with their well-being.
