I’m a holistic transformation coach, transforming bodies, minds, and lives of my clients and those around them. I help my clients build a better life by utilising my academics in Personal Training, Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, Pre & Post natal exercise and nutrition and Psychotherapy. I help clients understand their bodies requirements and aid them in achieving their goals healthily with long term results without restricting their work-life balance, or restricting food groups, or social time. My clients enjoy their weekends off plan, and enjoy meal plans with foods like carbonaras, chocolate and burgers. I train face to face in a gym, online via zoom and my app and educate my clients with the physiology science throughout for deeper understanding and habit change. I have also completed further education in pre-and postnatal exercise and nutrition, in order to support my clients at all stages through their life.I have also completed safeguarding training to ensure I can protect my clients and support them with their well-being.

B2B - B2CDuring lockdown, thousands of personal trainers across the UK were doing online zoom classes. Being self-employed, I understand the struggles financially and wanted to be able to help other personal trainers create passive income, enabling them to help people less fortunate with finances, and not lose their hard work through lockdown.For this reason, I set a status on LinkedIn looking for app, developers, and received lots of help tagging up developers in the comments. I reached out to Nebula Labs to build an app to host the zoom workouts (like a library) and be fully customisable for the client. We worked on a partnering basis, 50-50 share, and they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I created the vision, branding, ability and use of the app, and they were able to bring it to life and quickly! They are also very lovely people to work with. I took on hit teachers, yoga, instructors, and strength and conditioning, coaches, enabling them to send messages to all of their subscribers, upload new workouts, organise them into categories, and enable the consumers to track their progress over time and follow the workouts directly from their phone wherever they were at a very affordable cost. I approached numerous big names in the fitness industry, however, they were already developing their own apps. We have not yet secured any investment and are open to opportunities.

As this was a small franchise, I oversaw all management duties for HR, Maketing, Finance and Legal; staff, sales, P&L reporting and forecasting, payroll, supplier payments, but to also manage the rebranding of the gym, online (social media and websites) and inhouse. My objective was to conduct an in detail needs analysis and using the conclusion to guide the gym pull a comfortable operating profit following rebranding. I managed a team of 6 professional MMA coaches, 8 staff members and had over 300 gym members. Within 4 months as manager, the gym was more efficient than ever, social media outreach rose over 300%, engagement at an all-time high, and footfall more than doubling. After 8 months as GM, the business hit the target of a happy net profit through all aforementioned alongside restructuring pricing, memberships and timetable.

I had ownership of recruitment for all entry level roles including complete ownership of Graduate Scheme attraction and recruitment. I worked in partnership with Head of TA on employer branding and took complete ownership of the graduate branding. I did alone without support the following; advertising, relationship management with hiring managers, agencies, and regular meetings with my HR Director, GM (director) and HR BP's regarding Graduate Scheme structure, advertising and recruitment. Owned process from start to finish, from attraction to offer creation and signing. I joined during RB 2.0 global restructure which was huge growth increasing vacancies and business need, and also some resignations to fill from uncertainty. I filled all roles, new and replacements within 6 months with an impressive time to hire.I received an award for incredible work ethic and high performance during a tough time in the company's history.
