In charge of creating and developing the current WVS equine and large animal department, its strategy, framework, protocols and procedures. National and International ambassador for animal health, welfare and adult education projects. Focal point for complicated equine clinical scenarios both nationally and internationally, providing hands on support and technical/logistical support. Project lead for WVS UK based - equine training programme - in collaboration with HEROs racehorse retraining program and children education. Responsible for public appearances and press releases relevant to WVS projects on large animal health, welfare and adult education.

Clinical director for the equine department - in charge of designing the new strategy for veterinary care of RSPCA equines and creating a working framework in support of such strategy. Focal point for complicated clinical scenarios nationwide, providing both hands on support to the animals and technical/logistical support to the staff, the public and the police/legal department. Responsible for public press releases and relevant protocols and guidelines with an impact on national equine health safeguarding.

Clinical surgical lecturer in charge of student and surgery resident development. Lead researcher investigating health and welfare standards for performance enhancing surgical procedures in racehorses.

International ambassador for SPANA's equine health and welfare interventions. In charge of delivering and developing the strategy for equine veterinary care and community engagement, and managing emerging and recurring health and welfare emergencies. Focal point for technical/logistical support to staff, the public, international NGOs, global health organisations and Governments. Responsible for public press releases and relevant protocols and guidelines with an impact on international equine health, welfare and safeguarding.
