-Development of the company growth from 10 to 140 employees;-Managing the internal turnover, reducing it from 55% to 8% per year;-Development of new business line to diversificate the portfolio clients +25% YoY during last 3 years;-Determining and managing team activity workflow and job priorities;-Working with Business line managers to create ways to find new hire and motivate to the business especially in their onboarding period;-Responsible for the P&L of the company , Target reached in FY 2015 of 26 million Euro turnover with 38% of EBITDA.Responsible of the identification of new talens and the on boarding process.
