My job role currently includes: - Serving Trade customers specifically when they come to pay, as well as allocating refunds if they are dissatisfied with products which they have purchased.- I am able to place and process orders, be it for home/ site delivery, along with click and collect. - Stock management and assisting in locating products within the store. When new stock is sent in I ensure it is correctly located behind the counter, as well as keeping on top of any gaps that may appear on the front of house displays.- Floorwalking involves recruiting new customers to join the Trade scheme. I play my part to guarantee we reach the store target each week. - I also work in assisting with any queries our customers may have, along with ensuring other members of the team are coping. I help with overseeing orders or jobs that some of my inexperienced colleagues may be unsure on and am often the point of call when management is unavailable.- On a regular basis I take many a phone call from customers and it is required of me to be able to assist their needs whilst I have them on the line. I have a professional tone of voice that is also friendly and welcoming.

My roles for Front End included:- Checkout operator serving all customers who would wish to make a purchase. I would be the last person a customer saw before they left the store and so it would be vital that I made their shopping experience a good one.- At the customer service desk I would assist customers who were unhappy with products as well as answer any queries regarding locations of products within the store.

Work here involved: - Tidying classrooms would involve wiping down desks, vacuuming the carpets and emptying bins along with ensuring fresh bags were in place for the next day. - Polishing. I would also occasionally polish the brass push plates and handles on some of the doors throughout the school. - Sweeping and dusting the corridors and stairwells would be a key part of my work. Ensuring these areas were clear of rubbish and dirt was important in my role and would always be done ready for the next day.

My work here included:- Working in the fitting rooms assigning cubicles to customers who wished to try on clothes, as well as ensuring these cubicles were clean after use. I would oversee arranging the clothes, so they were presentable when returned to the shop floor later. - Assisting customers, I would help with any queries regarding price, sizes, accessories and similar products. If a size was unavailable on the shelf I would go to the stockroom to see if it was available from there, and if not look to see if it was possible to obtain stock from another store or order in.- Shop floor organising/ tidying. Here I would be refilling shelves, pricing sale items, and ensuring mannequins and displays were appealing to the target market, as well as ensuring the shop floor was clear of any mess or dirt.
