- Managed the Governace Section and activities of 15 staff members through programmatic guidance, staff development and recruitment of HQ and field staff.◦ Responsible to design, monitor and evaluate programmes/projects mainly on institutional capacity, policy cycle, youth/NGO empowerement and gender equality. integrated Result Base Management (RBM) methodology. Provided financial forecasts and budgetary reviews.◦ Contributed in the review of Mission's operational and programmatic strategies. Attended meetings with seniors management to discuss governane related priorities and enhance the Mission's impact/visibility. ◦ Promoted partnerships among stakeholders through regular meetings and joint planning. ◦ Adviced Regional Offices ensuring effective project planning and development. Conduct frequent field coordination meetings.◦ Responsible for mainstreaming of gender/youth into programmes/projects.◦ Analysed information on democratic governance trends in Kosovo, rule of law, Independent institutions and municipal performances.◦ Drafted weekly and monthly reports, assumed all financial reporting responsibilities.◦ Maintained effective working relationships with International Organizations (EULEX, UN, etc.), NGOs, Ministries, Government, Members of Parliament and Municipal Assembly Members, Independent Institutions. Adviced Mission, Ministries and CSOs on law amendments. Monitored policies and laws implementation, reviewed draft laws prior to public consultation.◦ Developed tools to improve the capacity of the staff. Evaluated training and development programmes.◦ Drafted ToR for international and local consultants, coordinated with HR, attended interviews as panel member or hiring manager. Managed the Section’s external evaluations.
