Role involved motivating, coaching, developing and managing a team to deliver against business and service targets; managing operational risk; monitoring all aspects of compliance e.g. Complaints (ensuring they achieve fair outcomes and are handled within FCA timescales); responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of required quarterly and annual risk assessments; setting an example of how to deliver excellent customer service to our clients by meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Delivering against business and service targets by demonstrating excellent customer service. Role required an in-depth knowledge of all banking products and the ability to identify which products and services would be most suitable, sustainable and affordable for our clients needs. Responsibilities also included completing quarterly mandatory training and maintaining various financial accreditations in order to continue in the role.

Meet and exceed referral and service targets; demonstrate ability to build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to help them with their banking needs; continually maintain a good level of product knowledge; be able to promote, explain and demonstrate use of our alternative banking channels; operate compliantly within risk guidelines set by LBG and FCA.
