As Vice President, Head of Projects, I co-lead the team of 35 multidisciplinary project managers who are responsible for leading all major projects of our executing unit and I directly oversee a portfolio of 150+ projects. My role focuses on ensuring high-quality, innovative project execution, enhancing customer satisfaction, and securing new business through change orders and follow-on sales. I stay engaged with clients and actively participate in key meetings to foster strong customer relationships. I am committed to developing my team’s capabilities and promoting a high-performance, inclusive culture. Additionally, I take on project management responsibilities when capacity allows.

As the Head of the Project Management Section, I lead approximately 35 professionals specializing in Project Management, Design Management, and ICT/BIM Management for buildings and industry projects. Collaborating with another Head of Section, my duties encompass people leadership, resource management, fostering the professional development of the team, recruitment efforts, and ensuring the attainment of financial profitability targets for our Project Management Section. In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I play a crucial role in mentoring and providing support to my team, actively participating in projects if any issue arises.
