This role primarily includes communicating with customers on a daily basis helping to provide solutions for any problems this may have. This includes them expediting orders, issuing returns and finding them technical support. Through this job I am continuing to gain strong skills corresponding via email and telephone both internally and externally from the company, this also being on a global scale.This job requires me to find the best possible solution for customers in a face paced and sometimes pressurised environment whilst working alongside all departments of the business. This includes working with colleagues in the US, Canada and Germany.This job requires me to use programmes such as excel, outlook and P21 on a daily basis.
