I provide operational management for the Clinical Health Psychology for the Specialist Services Cohort, providing operational management for approximately 25 members of staff. I am responsible for key areas such as performance monitoring, managing human resources and organisational change, budget management, and ensuring all services I manage comply with Government standards such as CQC.

Worthing

My primary task was to work to the general manager in Specialist Services to develop and project manage the establishment of a Specialist Personality Disorder Unit. Daily activities included liaising with both the Lead Clinician and the General Manager in establishing the unit, assisting with any building alterations, assisting the development of the operational policy and supporting the opening of the service.
