Francesca’s career as a clinical psychologist has spanned 14 years, working predominantly in private practice, gaining experience assessing and clinically treating a variety of psychological difficulties, such as anxiety, mood and trauma related disorders. She enjoys working with all client groups including children, parents, adolescents, adults and couples. Francesca delivers treatment with an individually tailored approach, employing a range of evidence based interventions such as CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, Mindfulness and DBT. Francesca is particularly interested in assisting adults to identify and reconstruct unhealthy belief systems and break patterns that impact self-worth, behavior, relationships and life choices. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals to think, behave and live congruently with their core values and purposes. Francesca places utmost importance on cultivating a respectful and safe space for individuals to explore their challenges whilst encouraging the development of self awareness, equipping them with the strategies to overcome difficulties and empowering them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Francesca has also had the privilege of working in a wide range of roles including being a regular guest panelist and content writer on the popular talk show “Be That” on Good TV, as well as guest speaker at seminars/conferences and conducting training workshops in a variety of professional, community and church environments. She has also had the opportunity to provide clinical supervision and complex trauma training for front line workers in the area of human trafficking rehabilitation. Francesca is also a Board Approved Supervisor.
