ERM is a global provider of environmental, health and safety and risk consulting services, with more than 160 offices in over 40 countries and territories employing more than 4,500 people. ERM, currently developing its Product Stewardship sector at global level, acquired ReachCentrum in 2015 as part of this development.Leading the Southern Europe (France, Benelux, Italy, Spain and Portugal) Marketing Team (5 people), advising on strategies on how to raise the company profile, devising and implementing marketing/communications plans, campaign management, line management and event management.In addition, I am responsible for managing the Product Stewardship marketing function for the whole EMEA Region, overseeing budget, marketing team, contractors and design agencies.Developing integrated marketing campaigns to position ERM to target market. ReachCentrum is the professional services body established by Cefic, the European Chemical Industry Council, designed to help companies through all the value chain to fulfill the REACH and Biocides law requirements. Recently acquired by ERM, a global consultancy leader in sustainability, ReachCentrum is expanding its activities at global level.At ReachCentrum, I am actively involved in Business Development and Marketing campaigns for expanding services and business activities. I am also responsible for the communications, image, marketing including website and events, and social media activities.- Planned, designed and executed internal and external strategies for marketing and communications.- Produced content to communicate to stakeholders. This work includes the crafting of narratives to achieve key business goals and tailored to each audience - adverts, brochures and catalogs, newsletters and sales flyers.- Ensured cohesive, consistent messaging and adherence to brand standards in all internal and external materials.- Created and uploaded content for the company’s website and managed the site to keep it up to date.- Developed new business ideas with global reach: leading the development of K-REACH project in South Korea and Asia Pacific. The European Smart Metering Industry Group (ESMIG) is the European industry association that provides knowledge and expertise on Smart Metering and related communications at a European level. ESMIG's members are the leading companies in the European Smart Metering Market: meter manufacturers, IT companies, communications product and service providers, home energy management product and service providers and system integrators. ESMIG covers all aspects of Smart Metering and related services, including electricity, gas, water and heat measurement. By giving support to European Union institutions, member states and standardisation organisations, the industry group aims to assist in the development of national and European-wide introduction, roll-out and management of Smart Metering and related solutions. - Monitored European policy areas and programmes, and followed-up the activities of the European Institutions in the field of energy (esp. smart metering). Disseminated information to members and membership management.- Identified news stories and prepared newsletters and information materials in the field of energy.- Organised and managed the content of the partnership associations’ websites and social media channels. Prepared, attended and followed up of working group meetings.

The WEEE Forum is a European association of 33 electrical and electronic waste collection and recovery systems. Its mission is to provide for a platform for co-operation and exchange of best practices, and in so doing, optimise the effectiveness of the operations of the member organisations, while striving for excellence and continuous improvement in environmental performance.- Managed members’ activities inside WEEE Forum, platform for co-operation and exchange of best practices of waste collection and recovery systems. It included dissemination of information and best practices.- Organised and managed the content of the company website and contributed to social media outlets.
