I have been a quality inspector, self employed which i did untill i had a serious accident where i had to stop working. So i have devoted my time in working from home helping other businesses to thrive, where i can make sure the customers are happy with the service a company provides, but i make sure all customers are really happy and if they have any problems or any advice etc to enable any company to listen and make the improvements, this is where i come in.
