• Surfdome has grown extremely fast due to its focus on selection of products and brands. • My role is to manage the buying and merchandising team through every aspect of the buying cycle; from setting budgets with Justin, the managing director, and negotiating terms with our suppliers to developing new systems and processes. • My primary objective is to ensure the right product is selected and a fulfilling online customer journey results in high sell through. To achieve this means interacting with a number of internal functions for example, PR, marketing, photography and customer services.
