As a Conseillère Numérique at Emmaüs Connect Grenoble, I provide digital support and training to individuals, helping them navigate essential online services and improve their digital skills, particularly in vulnerable communities.

As a "service civique" volunteer at Emmaüs Connect, I am responsible for welcoming beneficiaries to the organization. I introduce them to the association, handle registration appointments, and assist with selling refurbished and sometimes new devices at competitive prices. My role is crucial in helping the association provide everyone with affordable technology and digital literacy resources.

During my internship at the Consulate, I provided support to the General Consul's Secretariat in organizing and planning events, in the translation and management of documents. I also handled the processing of requests for assignment and dispatch of tax codes, collaborated in the management of consular cases handled by the Assistance office, and studied the relevant legislation for applications addressed to the General Consul in his capacity as Guardian Judge.
