Quality Assurance Specialist - - Review and audit cash management processes and procedures, emphasis on accuracy.-Audit and monitor federally mandated processes and pursue coaching opportunities to sales advisors and supervisors, where applicable. Emphasis in accuracy of policy and processes.Review, research and approve all refund processes to include any missing, misapplied payments and correcting those issues.-Participating in multiple projects as they arise and accurately prioritize to ensure completion timely and accurately.Office Supervisor• Supervise four locations in southern New Mexico, requiring biweekly travel to remote offices.• Supervise 9 retail advisors in a goal oriented driven environment and in doing so, meeting and exceeding sales goals.• Experience in extensive Cash Management policies and procedures for the retail portion of TDS Cable. Training, coaching and Quality Assurance for retail advisors in Cash Management.• Quality Assurance and accountability in all TDS policy and procedures. Ability to research, locate and coach to policies and procedures.• CSG experience and familiarity including but not limited to research and action of Customer account adjustments, CSG Cash Management, CSG Account refunds, researching equipment. Coaching retail advisors accordingly.• Interviewing, hiring and training new team members for success. Building and nurturing teamwork and coaching team members to their full potential, implementing improvement opportunities with follow through documentation.• Consistently pursuing educational opportunities to improve performance of team and self.
