Client Manager for Aon Risk Solutions, working within the Professional Indemnity space.

Key Responsibilities • Processing of new business, renewals and policy maintenance ensuring all interactions are performed in an efficient & effective manner• Negotiating terms with the insurer • Supporting the Account Broker to ensure team budgets are met.• Identifying new opportunities for the company to expand • Ensuring clients received their renewals 6 weeks prior to the policy expiring• Timely and accurate record keeping of all clients enquiries regarding their policies • Training of new staff members

Key Responsibilities • First-contact resolution for customer enquiries• Receiving and processing live customer orders by all communication mediums • Liaising with and providing support to the Sales team• Generating and communicating new ideas to improve the overall processes and efficiency within the business as a whole• Meeting and succeeding both individual and team KPI targets given by the CEO• Frequent reporting on customer service enquiries and opportunities• Timely and accurate record keeping of all customer enquiries• Ensuring customers files are kept up to date and accurate at all times• Managing multiple incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner

Key Responsibilities • Answering inbound calls.• Claim Assessment.• Assisting with general insurance related enquiries.• Representing the client in a professional manner and dealing with all calls in such a manner.• Data entry documenting enquiries and processing the required information.• Daily Importing and Exporting of mobile phone repairs. • To successfully manage the Client inbox, answering and Customers queries.
