Assist with product and marketing including press releases; meeting and sourcing new suppliers; website changes; liaising with wedding publications.Dealing with all new and ongoing wedding enquiries for destination weddings both in Europe and Worldwide. Quoting and costing each wedding on an individual basis. Our products are all tailormade so there is a great amount of time and effort that goes into sourcing the right venue and product for every couple.

Dealt with all wedding enquiries form beginning to end, taking the initial enquiry through to the planning process and managing the wedding on the day. I also dealt with many coporaote and private events from small day conferences to large training days and functions. Managed my own sales activities and attended relevant exhibtions to promote the venue both locally and nationally. Redesigned the wedding brochure along with an external marketing source to incorporate new information relevant to the new pckages we offered. Increased the wedding from 15 to 50 by the time I left to go on maternity. Introduced the first wedding show which was successful and is still in place now.

Managed all events from the front of house, these ranged from small corporate dinners to large golf days and exclusive use weddings. Managed a team of staff and worked closely with the Executive Chef and Hotel Manager to ensure that 5* standards were maintained at all times.
