I’ve held numerous roles at multiple establishments, from teacher to examiner to senior leader managing multiple teams. The depth and breadth of my experience has given me unique insight and knowledge of the Education Sector, and what students and educators want and need. This allows me to deliver a relentlessly student-focused perspective, while remaining data and outcome-driven and contributing to key business outcomes and strategy. I lead from the front and like to inspire my teams to push themselves, reach their potential and deliver excellence. My leadership skills have developed across the roles I have held, and I have always striven to create an engaging and empowering environment. I believe that all students, no matter their background, should be allowed the best chance to succeed and the ability to have the future they want and deserve. This motivates me to energise those I work with, to ensure high quality and engaging content is accessible to all, allowing them to master what matters.
