I am a Medical Doctor and Hematology specialist since 2017. My main interest is the development of cell and gene therapies, especially the design and validation of innovative strategies to redirect T cell specificity against cancer, through genetic manipulation and genome editing. I have been deeply involved in the application of chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T cells) therapies for hematological malignancies in clinical practice, and from 2022 I joined industry covering different roles within national and EMEA Medical Affairs, with the mission to deliver CAR-T cell therapies to
