Supporting Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) program under Serco. I received my SECRET Clearance in March 2019. Maintains a complete and accurate SSC CDRL library of submittals in Windchill IDE and current status information in the SSC MS Access CDRL Database. Monitors the IDE and CDRL workflow for issues impacting the submission and review of CDRLs. Provides monthly CDRL reports tracking status of CDRL submittals and Government responses to PMS377K, or more frequently as requested by CM Manager. Captures Action Items and helps execute presentations for SSC CM/DM meetings. Maintains a detailed analysis of CDRLs that are populated for the DD250. Assisting in adding and removing reviewers to specific libraries or projects.

Working with control management system called Kentico. Creating webpages for the Marymount University website. Created webpages for instructions on Webex and Canvas for students and instructors. Training in Canvas to help teachers with Respondus LockDown + Monitor, Respondus 4.0, Quiz 2.0 and legacy Quiz.

I support the Chief Technology Officer in managing this exciting technology environment by assisting with a variety of projects, including: managing the ICMEC IT Help Desk as the front-line support for all staff and interns’ Windows and Mac computers; providing support for network printers and VoIP phone systems; performing general to advanced network troubleshooting; and supporting to all cloud collaboration tools from Google Apps to Microsoft Office 365. The Information Technology Intern may also undertake other IT projects and assignments, including web database application development, data management, troubleshooting other ICMEC web properties, providing weekly reports of activities, and other projects as needed.
